We lay 100mm of certified Clause 804 crushed limestone, compacting it with high-frequency vibrating plate compactors to create a zero-subsidence base.
Full Wet Bedding & SBR Priming
Each stone flag is coated with SBR adhesive slurry and tapped down into a continuous 40-50mm bed of wet mortar with laser-graded falls for water runoff.
Resin Grouting & Surface Seal
Joints are locked with premium all-weather polymeric resin grout. After initial curing, the surface is power rinsed leaving an immaculate, weed-proof finish.
